Their recommendation engine was going to disrupt the way people search for property and the video was required to educate, excite as well as reassure the buyers. The storyline and script had to be done keeping all in mind.

Using a casual tone, we delved into the issues faced by buyers currently and then pointed out how the brand's experience and knowledge converted into a digital experience. We focused on and built up the customer experience throughout the story.
