One of India's most promising startups providing funeral-related services like hearse vans and priests for the deceased. Target audiences are grieving relatives of the just-deceased, hence the need for sensitivity, trust and simplistic but engaging UI/UX.

A modern, subtle, responsive website which attracted exponential growth in audience base and the consequent engagement and trust was leveraged for business growth.

Considering the triggers for the service as well as the target audience, there was a lot of apprehension. The sensitivity had to be taken care of as a top priority.

Use of white, figurative icons and reference images (rather than stark death etc.) helped emphatize without being a direct sales pitch. The testimonials from satisfied customers helped immensely in establishing trust and credibility.
