At some point or the other all of us have dressed up our toys based on whims and fancies. Wasn’t getting to do this somehow extremely fun and satisfying? With Tisse, we tried to combine this little joy with deriving utility for the customer.
It is time to take virtual communication to the next level. True Emoji is an app which reads the user’s emotions, recognizes it and clicks their picture with the
appropriate emoji. This is then used to create a personalized emoji keyboard which can be used in all message conversations to communicate intended emotion.
Our Client came to us with the requirement for a website which sells custom-made shirts. So that the customer gets to create and buy self-designed shirts-whether it be half-sleeved/ full sleeved or black/yellow/magenta/ sea-green, customers create what they want.
The novel idea required new processes to be mapped out from end to end. Given that there was no reference point, technological bottlenecks were plenty. These had to be solved for and followed up with impeccable execution to ensure product success. The best of Webbies was engaged in this project and a lot of time and thought went behind it.
We began our journey by engaging our clients in a mind-mapping exercise, creating a map. From this we identified issues with their current channels. These issues were used to strengthen the vision of providing a custom-made shirt platform.
Our first solution involved a ‘Made-to-Measure’ approach where the customer had to curate shirts by going through various choices and options. When our clients reported that while the process provided freedom to design, it was also time consuming and was leading to customer drop-off, we expanded the product scope.
Our solution then was legen- waitforit-dary Artificial Intelligence!
We used AI to get custom designed shirts with just one click. So if the customer is feeling too lazy to click, click, click or so many options are just clicking them off. The website could just be asked to make you a shirt. And tadaaaa……
• A stylish website which vitalizes the brand’s goodwill with a luxurious feel
• First-mover advantage to our clients in the digital custom-made clothing space
• A mechanism which allows customers to take charge of every detail of their wardrobe via an easy-to-use interface
• AI augmented processes which curates custom-made shirts on every click
This for us was as innovative as innovation gets. Being ahead of its times, unfortunately this product failed to get market traction. Our solution combined with 3D printing we think is the future of E-commerce fashion. Simple probability will tell you that no two shirts will be the same in 187,470,080 ones. That can be huge!
We made search the centre piece of the entire system, one could navigate through categories by simply typing a comma (,) before it. A (.) full stop before a sub category. A slash (/) before a sub-sub category. They query within those set parameters. Making it super quick to get to any product
